NFL Picks Week 2 and Odds Comparison (Opening/Current)

Bengals vs. Browns Week 2 Odds Preview

Opening Line: Browns –7.5 / Current Line: Browns –6.5

Opening Total: 46 Points / Current Total: 43.5 Points

With both teams struggling in week 1, the line movement makes sense. There may have been a bit of an overreaction on the total, as the Browns defense looked bad against Baltimore.

Falcons vs. Cowboys Week 2 Odds Preview

Opening Line: Cowboys –7 / Current Line: Cowboys –4.5

Opening Total: 50 Points / Current Total: 52.5 Points

We’ve seen huge line movement on this Falcons vs. Cowboys game. It’s a little surprising, as the Cowboys are going to have little problem putting up points on the Falcons defense.

Bills vs. Dolphins Week 2 Odds Preview

Opening Line: Bills –3 / Current Line: Bills –6

Opening Total: 43 Points / Current Total: 41 Points

Another game with insane line movement. The Bills are now up to –6 on the road. Buffalo took care of business against the Jets. This week, we recommend a wager on OVER 41 points.

Panthers vs. Buccaneers Week 2 Odds Preview

Opening Line: Buccaneers –8.5 / Current Line: Buccaneers –9.5

Opening Total: 48 Points / Current Total: 47.5 Points

Tom Brady had a rocky start in week 1, throwing 2 INTs in his TB debut. The Panthers put up 30 points in a losing effort to Las Vegas. This is an important game to see if the Bucs are contenders or not.

Broncos vs. Steelers Week 2 Odds Preview

Opening Line: Steelers –5.5 / Current Line: Steelers –7.5

Opening Total: 44 Points / Current Total: 40.5 Points

Should the Steelers be favored by more than a TD? It’s tough to say, that’s a lot of points. They did defeat NYG by 10 points, though. Denver’s offense looked bad on MNF in a 16-14 loss to TEN.

Lions vs. Packers Week 2 Odds Preview

Opening Line: Packers –6 / Current Line: Packers –6

Opening Total: 46 Points / Current Total: 49.5 Points

This total has jumped up more than a FG since opening. After GB exploded for 43 points in a week 1 win against MIN (43-34), bettors and the bookies are expecting points in this match-up.

Jaguars vs. Titans Week 2 Odds Preview

Opening Line: Titans –10.5 / Current Line: Titans –8.5

Opening Total: 42.5 Points / Current Total: 44 Points

Did you know the Jags are 0-4-1 in their last five visits to Tennessee? The Jags are a popular pick after upsetting the Colts, but Derrick Henry will be able to run all over this defense.

Rams vs. Eagles Week 2 Odds Preview

Opening Line: Eagles –4 / Current Line: Eagles –1.5

Opening Total: 49 Points / Current Total: 46 Points

The Rams beat the Cowboys (20-17) and the Eagles lost to Washington (27-17) in week 1. Now the public are hammering the Rams on the road. Take the Eagles –1.5 (-110) on Sunday.

Vikings vs. Colts Week 2 Odds Preview

Opening Line: Colts –3 / Current Line: Colts –3

Opening Total: 47 Points / Current Total: 48.5 Points

The last time these two teams played was way back in 2016. There are no trends to go off of here and we haven’t seen much movement at all. Minny getting points is the play here, though.

Giants vs. Bears Week 2 Odds Preview

Opening Line: Bears –5 / Current Line: Bears –5.5

Opening Total: 43.5 Points / Current Total: 42 Points

The underdog is 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings and the Giants are 4-0 ATS in the last four games played in Chicago. The Bears are a popular public bet, but taking the points is our best NFL picks week 2.

49ers vs. Jets Week 2 Odds Preview

Opening Line: 49ers –6 / Current Line: 49ers –7

Opening Total: 43.5 Points / Current Line: 42 Points

The 49ers were upset by the Cardinals in week 1, will the Jets have the same success?  This is a tough game with the spread sitting at –7. This game could end up a lot closer than many are predicting.

Washington vs. Cardinals Week 2 Odds Preview

Opening Line: Cardinals –6.5 / Current Line: Cardinals –6.5

Opening Total: 45.5 Points / Current Total: 46.5 Points

Both of these teams pulled off week 1 upsets. Washington were down early to Philly and if that happens in Arizona, the Cardinals will be able to cover the big week 2 point spread.

Ravens vs. Texans Week 2 Odds Preview

Opening Line: Ravens –5.5 / Current Line: Ravens –7

Opening Total: 54.5 Points / Current Total: 50 Points

Baltimore’s offense was on fire in a 38-6 win over the Browns. They head on the road this week and the one trend that stands out in this one is that the last four H2H games have gone under.

Chiefs vs. Chargers Week 2 Odds Preview

Opening Line: Chiefs –6.5 / Current Line: Chiefs –8.5

Opening Total: 51.5 Points / Current Total: 47.5 Points

The Chiefs were a great bet at –6.5 points, but now that they’re up to –8.5 it’s a tough bet. KC have gone 5-1-1 ATS in the last 7 meetings, but the LAC defense could keep this one close.

Patriots vs. Seahawks Week 2 Odds Preview

Opening Line: Seahawks –3.5 / Current Line: Seahawks –4

Opening Total: 44 Points / Current Total: 45 Points

The Sunday Night Football game is going to be exciting. The Seahawks were great in week 1 and this spread should have jumped higher. The Seahawks at –4 is one of our NFL picks week 2.

Saints vs. Raiders Week 2 Odds Preview

Opening Line: Saints –4.5 / Current Line: Saints –5.5

Opening Total: 51 Points / Current Total: 49.5 Points

Both of these teams had big week 1 wins and this total seems way too low. The Raiders scored 34 (Allowed 30) and the Saints scored 34 (Allowed 23). Look for both teams to score 30+ points.
